The "Hunters' Chorus", or "Jagerchor" originates in Weber's Opera "Der Freischutz". This lively piece has attracted the attention of many composers and become quite well known as so many arrangements of it were created for a plethora of instrumentations such as horn and piano, mixed chorus, piano four-hands, solo and duo guitars.
